We aim to deliver your jewelry safely and efficiently across the United Kingdom. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
UK Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days after purchase. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 working days, depending on the courier service used.
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50. For orders under £50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods, holidays, or courier delays. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
